    2. Change your diet - the more inflammation you create in your stomach due to the foods you eat, the more inflammation you create everywhere else, especially in the brain
    3. Get assessed by a Chiropractor - if you have tension in the nerves, joints, and muscles of your neck then you will very often suffer from headaches and migraines
    4. Sleep on a pillow that provides support for your neck, and don't sleep on your stomach
