There's a lot of heated and passionate arguments right now around how we best end the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether to wear a mask or not when you're asymptomatic and healthy seems to be the argument that is creating the most emotional debate.

But for some reason, none of our health or government leaders have mentioned anything about how to get healthier. With America being the "sickest" country in the world and having the most immune vulnerable people per capita, it's no surprise that the population has been hit hard by this virus.

So here's some basic health changes we can all start applying to improve our health and immune system - because there will be more pandemics, so we have 2 choices: Stay immune vulnerable and live in fear, or take accountability for your health and enjoy living again!
