Jerid Tingelhoff: School boards need to show more transparency

Today's guest, Jarid Tinglehoff, never thought much about being involved in politics or anything of that nature.

But his frustrations in the lack of transparency from the Elkhorn school board when answering his questions about how the school district came to their COVID decisions pushed him to stop complaining and become part of the solution.

Jerid made the brave decision to run for the school board so he could be an advocate and a voice for his kids, as well as the other kids in his community.

Listen in as Jerid shares his story and his values and why he is running for a position on the Elkhorn school board.

This is known as the feed forward mechanism - if our spine doesn't first stabilize properly before we move our limbs then we greatly increase our risk of injury at the spinal level. These injuries usually start as microscopic injuries that we don't even notice but like everything else they continue to b...
