Dr. Kristin was a pediatrician that became passionate about children's nutrition. She began her podcast, Feeding the Family, to help parents with the struggles of meal time.
Her strongest message to parents is to take the focus off of the food and put it onto the happiness that is created by having the family all together around the dinner table.
