Gut Health Membership

Every year I meet more people who are frustrated with their health, as they suffer from chronic issues that medicine seems to have no answers for other than drugs and more drugs!

Thankfully for anyone who is suffering, the vast majority of these chronic illnesses are being driven by poor gut health, and underlying infections or toxicities.

That's why I have developed a membership, along with a coaching program to teach people how to become their own doctor so you can take control of your health and live your best life.

I will be releasing the "Trust Your Gut" membership in the coming weeks so watch out for that. And if you're interested in my one on one coaching program then you can set up your 30 minute discovery call with me here https://p.bttr.to/3lmFnOy

In this call you and I will take a deep dive to help give you a roadmap on how to deal with whatever health issues you're struggling with.

But please act soon as it'll only be $97 for a short time before it goes back to the normal $297 rate.

So, it makes sense that if any of these areas are lacking then you should be at greater risk for injury, especially when we are talking low back injuries (due to how important brain control is over the vitally important spinal muscles). We know that if you can’t activate your trunk and core muscles before rapidly moving an arm, this can potentially result in a strain or sprain of the low back. This is known as the feed forward mechanism - if our spine doesn't first stabilize properly before we move our limbs then we greatly increase our risk of injury at the spinal level. These injuries usually start as microscopic injuries that we don't even notice but like everything else they continue to b
