Do Liver Cleanses Work?

If you search for liver cleanses or detoxes online, you’ll find thousands of articles and videos promoting the next best thing to “clean out your liver.” But do these actually work? The answer is, it depends on what result means it has “worked.” If your drainage pathways are blocked and you’re dealing with chronic illness, then you’re not going to get your liver working perfectly and fix your health issues after a 3 day liver cleanse. In the case of chronic illness, you need to support your liver, gallbladder, kidneys, and overall drainage pathways for a long period of time while attacking the root cause or causes to get true healing. The Biggest Myth Around Metabolic Syndrome (Syndrome X)

There’s no official cause behind Metabolic Syndrome, although it’s treated in a very similar way to Type 2 diabetes - drugs! But, what if we are looking at these conditions the completely wrong way?
