If you want to experience great health, then you need to exercise frequently. This needs to include lifting weights 3-5x per week (no matter how old you are, and yes ladies this includes you too!), and some higher intensity workouts to get your heart rate up.
However, don’t forget that consistent movement throughout the day is also vital. Walking frequently everyday brings a host of health benefits, so don’t let lack of a gym membership, or time stop you from exercising.
Everyone can find the time to walk, whether it’s always taking the stairs, or parking further away from your destination, or just going for a family walk after dinner.
It’s free, virtually anyone can do it, and your health will suffer without it!
