Are You Metabolically Healthy?

Roughly 90% of American are classified as metabolically unhealthy. So what does this mean? It means that according to a certain set of health criteria, 90% of people in this country wouldn't get a pass mark. When we are metabolically unhealthy we are at a huge increased risk of all sorts of illnesses, from type 2 diabetes, to cardiovascular disease, to cancer, to severe reactions when dealing with infectious diseases such as influenzas and COVID. How To Stay Healthy During A Crises
