Meet Dave - Connecting People With Homes & Their Community

There is no better feeling than receiving the keys to your new home and David Swearingen truly enjoys being a part of the process to get you to that moment.   Buying a home (or refinancing) is serious business and is a decision you should not make lightly. It is most likely the biggest purchase you will ever make in your entire life. That is why it is important to have someone you can trust in your corner to answer any questions you have and be there for you the entire way...even years after purchasing your home.    David shares with us what to look for when choosing a mortgage loan officer and why taking the time to read the fine print of the long contracts is beneficial!   And with historically low interest rates, right now might be a time to consider refinancing.
