What Protein Is Best?

There’s a lot of arguments right now about what’s the better way to eat - plant based, carnivore, or a mixture of both? I have my own opinions formed from what I have seen in the research as well as what has and hasn’t worked for me and the majority of my clients over the years. I’ll start with this - if your health is thriving and you feel amazing, then you probably don’t need to change anything that you’re doing. However, if your health is suffering in any way, then you need to take a serious look at what foods you’re consuming. I also think everyone is different, but there’s some universal principles that cover “most” people. It’s also amazing to watch how angry people get if someone promotes something different to what they do. So all I can say is in my opinion, from real world experience and the quality of the research on both sides, I do believe that good quality animal protein needs to be included in the diet for the majority of humans.
